Denominator’s holistic DEI framework is founded in international frameworks such as the United Nation’s Global Compact, the Sustainable Development Goals, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the World Economic Forum. Denominator looked at the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to break them down into relevant DEI dimensions and data points that can be captured consistently.
Example with SDG 10 - Target 10.1 Reduce income inequalities: This SDG can be mapped to the Equity pillar of DEI. Within Denominator’s 15 DEI dimensions this SDG goal can be mapped toward Job. Based on this Denominator can capture data variables such as Gender Pay Gap.
